INTERSPORT Retail Sales 2010 for the First Time Exceed 10 Billion Euros

The INTERSPORT Group operating in 39 countries increased retail sales by 9% to Euro 10.1 billion in 2010. Important growth drivers were the areas "Football" with the FIFA Football World Cup in South Africa, "Outdoor“, "Running“ and "Fitness“ as well as Wintersports mainly in central and northern European countries.
