intersport.co.uk can only deliver to addresses within the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. We are not able to accept your order for delivery outside this area.

Our standard delivery service is a tracked 48 hour [2-3 working day]† service from Royal Mail. Delivery estimate is within two to three working days but is not guaranteed. Delivery to some areas may take longer.
This is a Royal Mail tracked, Next Working Day† delivery service which does not include delivery on Saturdays. Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day but this is not guaranteed - delivery is usually made within 1-2 working days but some areas may take longer. Orders must be placed before 15:30hrs for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 15:30hrs will be dispatched the next working day.
This is a Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day† service which includes delivery on a Saturday. Parcels require a signature on delivery. Orders must be placed before 15:30hrs. Orders placed after 15:30hrs will be dispatched the next working day. Select this service if you require a Saturday delivery†.
To have your order delivered to an Intersport store of your choice, choose Collect in Store / Click & Collect at checkout, then search by postcode to find your nearest store. All Click & Collect orders are dispatched using our standard 48hr service.
All orders for Next Working Day Deliveries must be placed before 15:30 for same day dispatch.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from intersport.co.uk, you may return them to us for either refund or exchange.
A goods Return Form will be sent with every parcel, allowing the customer to return any products not required and stating the reason for the return.
All goods may be returned within 28 days of receipt.
All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition.
Any refund will be made via the original payment method to the value of the item purchased.
Please note: items purchased online at Intersport.co.uk must be returned to the Intersport.co.uk return address shown below. Orders placed online cannot be returned to an Intersport Store.
Returning items to intersport.co.uk is easy:
We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning items; Intersport.co.uk cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit. We regret that no return postage charge can be refunded for returned items unless the item is faulty or sent to you in error.
If you are returning an item for exchange:
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are deemed to be faulty. These include personalized items (which includes printing or embroidery), food stuff and supplements and items with a hygiene seal.
Faulty goods can be returned for either exchange or refund.
If goods are returned as faulty (and deemed to be so) and you request a refund, the value of the goods + original postage + the returns postage cost will be reimbursed.

When returning faulty goods, please make sure they are reasonably clean. We have to handle them and send them back to the manufacturer - it's a much nicer job if the items are clean.
We reserve the right to not process anything we deem to be too dirty - we'll just send it back to you.
†Size and weight limits apply to parcels returned using our Prepaid service.
